goddess

June 28, 2011

rosie huntington whiteley is just that. a goddess.

i’m not going to comment on her acting abilities, ima just stick to the clothes.

how beautiful is this woman?  she makes everything she puts on look like a million bucks. her promo looks for transformers 3 have been spectacular.

it’s difficult for a victoria’s secret model not to be in your face sexy, but rosie has made sure she strays from that stereotype. no matter what she is wearing, she oozes grace and allure.  let’s take a look at her best looks

:: moscow international film festival premiere::

this color did it for me.  it won me over.

at the premiere of her film in moscow, rosie opted for a gorgeous draped micheal kors spring 2011 dress. this dress instantly reminded me of brooklyn decker’s look from the met gala, which was from the same collection. but rosie is working this color so much better.  fuschia is a difficult color, but she is hitting it out of the ballpark. the boat neck, the draping, the drop-waist, the slit – it’s like this dress was made for her body.

seriously, look at those legs.

one of the most magical premiere dresses i have ever seen.

i absolutely fell in love with this  fall 2011 gucci dress. the pleated asymmetrical bodice with flower appliques is gorgeous, and the way the chartreuse and black compliment each other is perfection.  i was a bit iffy about the sheer skirt, but it grew on me. when you are as statuesque as rosie, you can make a sheer skirt work.  an updo would have worked with this dress, especially when the top is so eye-catching, but the loose hair is an extension of rosie’s nonchalant glamour. glad she went with that.

:: london premiere ::

rosie flew the glad for britain at her london premiere by opting for a burberry design.

she seems to be gliding down the blue carpet in this super-sleek midnight blue satin dress. this is one of the richest and most glamorous colors one could pick. the plunging neckline and back are insanely sexy, the embellished shoulders and backstrap add the essential element of bling to this premiere look. rosie takes this look into sophisticated territory with the bouffant and understated make-up.  she is so poised without seeming snooty, everyone could learn a thing or two from her.

:: berlin premiere ::

ladies and gentlemen. this is what you call glamorous.

glamorous from head to toe.

this magnifique dress is by none other than naeem khan. who else does bling so well? can ya all say HIGH IMPACT?  i have seen many many starlets wearing sequined dresses, it’s like my eye is trained to pick them out of a crowd, but never have i seen someone look so stunning wearing one.  she has done naeem khan proud like no other.

it’s like she’s getting better with every event – this entire look is just flawless.  perfect make-up, perfect hair. so so classy. i’m totally gushing aren’t i?

obsessed.
