we all agree that kate, oops i mean catherine, middleton is pretty fabulous. or am i the only one who thinks so? yes?
well, whatever the case may be, there is no denying that she picked a pretty perfect matthew williamson dress for her latest outing with the prince, the london premiere of ‘african cats’.
the duchess wears a light gray, 3/4th sleeve dress from matthew williamson’s pre-fall 2012 collection. i really love everything about this dress. it’s sophisticated and trendy, pretty much the image catherine is always successfully portraying.
the sleeves and neckline are gorgeously embellished with turquoise and yellow stones, perfect colors to offset the gray of the dress. i also think the peplum is just right for the duchess; she has wide shoulders and narrow hips so the peplum is ideal for balancing out her figure.
my only issue with this look is are the boring accessories. but i guess it would have been too insane for the duchess to walk out in turquoise or yellow heels. i just feel the dark pumps and clutch are way too stark for the beautiful dress, they are almost weighing the whole look down. almost.
her beauty look remains the same – kohl lined eyes and glossy brown curls. it works, i’m still dying over her locks.
