Double Whammy: Neha Dhupia

April 14, 2013

I think it’s settled, Neha Dhupia is the best dressed woman in Bollywood. Not only does she manage to pick the best outfits for her body, but her accessorizing and styling is always j’amazing.

The lovely actress killed it with two back to back appearances which totally made my Sunday.

Neha Dhupia Baisakhi Neha wears a GORJ phone booth print sari from Masaba first collection for Satya Paul (see Sonam in another fun sari). I love the pop of lime green against the monochrome sari. Seriously, I am all about this. I love quirky prints and no one does that better than Masaba. Neha took the kitschy print and gave it a sophisticated twist with slicked back hair and an antique-y Anita Dongre silver choker – this creates a good balance. I would have loved a black blouse with this, but Neha is making this work.

Neha Dhupia Anita Dongre This look is my absolute faaaaavorite. Isn’t this the most interesting combo? Is it Eastern? Is it Western? Is it formal? Casual? It can fit into all these categories SO well.  Neha expertly pairs up a bronze jacket by Nupur Kaloi with a white button down shirt and a lehnga by Anita Dongre. I mean. Come on.  This is just beyond.

Which look are you diggin’?

Love the saari! The other look is a bit too much going on! Ammara are there any cool sari designers in Pak? Don’t feel like I’ve seen any cool or different stuff saari-wise coming out from here lately.
